I am very selective in my lay advices, and do all of the selections myself, so I do not leave anything to chance.
All my selections are favourites, or were at time of looking.
As a result there may not be selections every day, but most days.
This is due to the certain rules I adhere to, and unfortunately the weather may take a part in this process too.
All selections are sent out via e-mail between 12.00 pm and 12.30 pm.
If there are no selections you will still receive an e-mail stating this.
As you can see by the results I can have anything from 1-6 advices in a day, but mostly 1-2.
Where possible, selections will be given out 7 days a week, and that includes night meetings.

Rules For Lays
I have a strict set of rules that all clients MUST follow to achieve the same results as I have. You will receive a copy of these rules on joining the service. Then you will see how the results have been arrived at.
As for staking, you can do level stakes and my advice is minimum of £10 - £50. Although all results will be shown to £50 stakes.
I have my own staking plan and suggest that if you want to see your bank grow quicker than level stakes, you take up this option.
